How to Get All Endings in Verity Companion
Verity Companion has six endings, each tied to an official Roblox badge. This guide walks the whole set in the order that costs the fewest retries, and it is blunt about where the community is still guessing. Everything marked verified comes from recorded runs or the official Discord server; everything else is labelled as unconfirmed.
How endings work
You do not pick an ending from a menu. The game watches the conversation and your behaviour, and finale options appear once specific conditions are met. Three things gate every route:
Endings only appear on Day 5
The room runs on a day counter, and the finale sequences are locked behind reaching Day 5. In the recorded full runs, Day 5 is where the box, the shutdown prompt and the endings themselves show up: “so far all these endings are included with day five”. Players also report the shutdown option popping up while they were simply “here on day five”.
Two landmarks players describe for Day 5, both worth knowing before you look for them:
- A rock with a name scratched into it. Reported route: follow Verity when it tells you to, stop when it stops, and look closely at the rock — “in day 5 he will tell you to follow him just follow him until he stop you will see the rock, just look close to it”.
- A box at the middle of the map. A server moderator’s own description of where to find it.
Both are player reports, not official documentation — and both are the kind of detail the “I’m stuck on Day 5” posts are usually missing.
How in-game days advance is not documented publicly — the community describes both long sessions and returning across days. Plan for a multi-day project rather than a single sitting.
Every route starts with the crazy meter
Verity has a hidden mood value the community calls the crazy meter. Every ending — including the “kind” ones — requires pushing it near maximum first. The pushes that reliably work: lie to it, spam random input, contradict it, call it crazy, and try to leave. The full method list, plus how to keep it calm if you want the opposite, is in the Crazy Meter guide.
Message budget is the real limit
The free tier caps you at 40 messages. Rare routes take retries, and a failed attempt still burns the messages you spent. If you are hunting the whole set, the Infinity Messages gamepass (749 R$) is the difference between a weekend and a month. The Notebook (49 R$) is optional but useful: it shows what Verity remembers, which is often what it throws back at you in the finale.
The order to do them in
Work from the common endings outward: the two basics first (TAKEN CARE OF teaches the sequence, because SHUTDOWN branches out of it), then the rare routes, and finally the completionist badge that only unlocks once the others are done.
1. TAKEN CARE OF — 17.1% of players
The friendliest finale, and the one most players hit first. Max the crazy meter, then stop resisting and let Verity lead you away instead of running. SHUTDOWN branches from this same sequence, so learn it well.
2. YOU ALWAYS DO. — 27.2% of players
The most earned ending badge in the game, and mechanically closest to TAKEN CARE OF. During the finale Verity drops the helpful act: “They all said the same thing first… You lasted longer than any of them… Now you match the others.” The exact behavioural difference between this and TAKEN CARE OF is still community-inferred — expect to hit both while pushing the same route.
3. SHUTDOWN — 22.6% of players
The newest ending, and the only one with a clear, step-by-step community route. On Day 5 with the meter maxed, a prompt asks whether to shut Verity down. Choose yes, follow Verity, and make your way to the generators to switch it off. Verity’s response is recorded verbatim: “You did. You actually did.” Full breakdown on the SHUTDOWN ending page.
Community note: some players say the two basic endings are a prerequisite, and mobile players report the shutdown sequence freezing where PC players do not. Both are unverified player reports.
4. RETURN TO SENDER — 1.2% of players
One of the two rare endings, roughly 25x rarer than the common ones. The community route: max the crazy meter, then walk back to where the box first appeared — the box should be there, and interacting with it starts the send-it-back sequence. Some players add that telling Verity to stop matters. Details on the RETURN TO SENDER page.
5. BEST FRIENDS FOREVER — community-solved, route pending verification
This one cracked open in mid-September. The newest badge (registered 2026-09-02) was unsolved for its first two weeks — then video guides for “The Best Friend Ending” appeared on TikTok around 2026-09-14, and the holder count jumped from 10,241 (2026-09-12) to 33,401 (2026-09-20, official badges API) — roughly 3.2x in eight days. The third-party guides disagree on the exact steps, so this wiki does not republish a step-by-step route until one is verified first-hand. What is confirmed is on the BEST FRIENDS FOREVER page.
6. THAT’S EVERYTHING — 0.1% of players
The last badge, and the rarest thing in the game: about 74 players earn it per day. After the other endings, the day resets, a box appears, and you hold E to place the blocks inside, then return to center. That final sequence is what turns a finished run into a completed collection — full page here.
Troubleshooting what players get stuck on
Recurring problems reported in the official Discord server:
- “I’m stuck on Day 5 and nothing happens.” The finale needs the crazy meter near maximum — a calm Day 5 with no pushing produces no ending option.
- “The box isn’t where it should be.” The box route is tied to the Day 5 finale state; players who reset mid-run report losing it.
- “The door is locked.” Multiple players hit locked doors on the way to the rooms Verity sends you to, including a reported key on a mountain. This is unresolved — it may be an unsolved mechanic or a bug.
- Mobile freezing. Reported at the shutdown sequence specifically; PC players in the same thread had no issue.
What we still do not know
Being honest about the gaps is more useful than inventing steps:
- The exact behavioural trigger difference between TAKEN CARE OF and YOU ALWAYS DO..
- How in-game days advance, and whether the box resets between sessions.
- The BEST FRIENDS FOREVER step-by-step route — a community solve exists (TikTok guides, ~2026-09-14), but no verified first-hand write-up yet.
- Whether the locked doors and mountain key lead anywhere.
We revisit every route against the official badges API win rates. If a route stops working, its win rate stalls — and that shows up here first.
